The wire rope vibration isolator is a vibration and shock absorbing
device that is calculated and designed with a carbon steel or
stainless steel skeleton and a standard stainless steel cable
according to a certain elastic modulus. It can effectively absorb
vibration and impact energy, protect equipment and reduce noise.

commercial transportation, navigation and aviation, chemical
automation, national defense construction and other fields.
Installation method
We provide a full range of installation methods, including
through-hole installation, countersunk head screw installation,
thread installation, upper and lower clamping plates, and the
choice of mounting hole types can be flexibly configured. We
provide two ordering standards, imperial and metric, to meet the
requirements of domestic and foreign equipment, and import and
export equipment.
The number of turns of the wire rope, customers can select and
order products according to the number of turns of the wire rope
according to our product specifications. The minimum number of laps
is 2 laps, and the most commonly used is 12 laps. It can also be
customized according to customer requirements.

Performance parameters: vibration stiffness and impact stiffness
(Kv or Ks):
The stiffness of wire rope isolators is nonlinear. There is a large
difference in stiffness between small and large deformations.
Users can calculate and select according to the parameters tested
in the product manual and the formula we give, or contact us, and
our engineers will provide you with selection guidance.

Guide for installation of wire rope isolator
1. Before installation, please carefully check whether the mounting
hole matches the mounting hole of the vibration isolator, such as
whether the thread is the same, etc.
2, the installation hole is clean, there is no burr, rust, damage
and other defects.
3. Since the vibration isolator is an elastic component, it needs a
little movable space when working. Before installation, please
carefully check whether there is any equipment affecting
installation in the installation part and whether the movable space
of the vibration isolator is enough. Please check whether the
vibration isolator is in good condition and has no defects before
installation.
4. Prepare a suitable screwdriver and crowbar.
5, first install the isolator to heavy equipment or fixed
equipment, installation screws do not need to tighten, so that the
isolator can be slightly active.
6. Install the connecting device on the other side of the vibration
isolator. If the mounting hole is slightly misaligned, you can move
the vibration isolator or use a crowbar to align the mounting hole
of the vibration isolator with the mounting hole of the equipment,
and then screw the fixing screw.
7. After fixing the device position, tighten all the fixing screws.
