4. Installation Attentions about Waterproof Bimetal Thermostat.

1) When select thermal switch, need to confirm the accurate temperature. To avoid temperature changes caused by thermal inertia, thermal conduction and other factors, need to consider the following factors.

a. Detection part of temperature control.

b. Thickness and material of heat transfer component.

c. The power of the heating element.

d. Amount of heated medium.

e. Ambient temperature and air pressure.

2) During thermal switch using process, need to avoid moisture and pollution, otherwise it will affect the electrical performance of the product. Recommended thermal switch working environment is that relative humidity ≤90%, no contact with corrosive and flammable things.

3) During using process, need high attention to avoid cracks caused by the large force on the case inside, and liquid penetrates into the thermostat. Keep the case clean to prevent the insulation performance from decreasing or even short circuit breakdown after the thermal switch polluted by the conductive medium.

A: After confirm the detail specification, we will provide the drawing via E-mail, WhatsApp, Wechat and other ways.

A: Normally our MOQ is 1000 pcs. Larger quantity could win lower price. We can support small quantity for test purpose.
Q4: What about the lead time?
A: For Thermostat making, it usually takes around 1 week.

Lead time would be 20days with long term forecast.

Estimated lead time would be around 30days without forecast.
