1. What is KSD301 Snap-action thermostat?
KSD301 series snap-action thermostat is a kind of miniature
hermetically sealed bimetal thermal protector (1/2" disc).
It is of single-pole single-throw structure and works under
resistive load.
KSD301 series is in wide use in a great variety of compact type
home appliances, such as coffee maker, water dispenser, toaster,
microwave oven, electric pad and portable icebox etc., to provide
temperature control or temperature protection.

3. Attentions about KSD301 Thermostat.
1) When select thermostat, need to confirm the accurate
temperature. To avoid temperature changes caused by thermal
inertia, thermal conduction and other factors, need to consider the
following factors.
a. Detection part of temperature control.
b. Thickness and material of heat transfer component.
c. The power of the heating element.
d. Amount of heated medium.
e. Ambient temperature and air pressure.
2) During thermostat using process, need to avoid moisture and
pollution, otherwise it will affect the electrical performance of
the product. Recommended thermostat switch working environment is
that relative humidity ≤90%, no contact with corrosive and
flammable things.
3) During installation, need to make sure the thermostat’s
temperature-sensing surface to be evenly contacted with the
temperature-controlling part, and the force should be evenly
applied to stabilize the temperature-sensing. Besides, need to coat
the surface of temperature-sensitive with thermal grease or other
similar heat-conducting medium.

A: Normally our MOQ is 1000 pcs. Larger quantity could win better
price. We can also support small quantity for test or pilot run
purpose.
Q4: What about the lead time?
A: For sample production, it usually takes around 7 days.
Lead time would be 10~20 days with long term forecast.
Estimated lead time would be around 30 days without forecast.

Q5: Which payment terms you can accept?
A: T/T or pay via PayPal in advance, could talk based on customer
actual status.
Q6: Package carton dimension.
A: For 1000pcs, use 38*29*25mm carton.
For 2000pcs, use carton which dimension 56*38*25mm or 41*30*21mm.
Q7: Express or Forwarder for delivery.
