Application
This rubber cutter is mainly used to cut the natural
rubber,synthetic rubber and other plastic materials,especially it
is suitable to be installed near the rubber mixer to cut small
pieces of rubber.
Single Kinfe Vertical Rubber Cutter:
1. Using high hardness and high precision circular knife cutting,
pneumatic feed, pneumatic the tailstock (the tailstock has owe
pressure protection device);
2. Cutting spindle replaceable steering, satisfy customer's
different way to cut,

diameter to ø 300mm, at circular knife parts increase drive motor
and reducer, knife seat installs the precision linear guide
bearing, make cutting more stable, cutting out of finished edge is
more beautiful, especially suitable for cutting large diameter of
bubble surface materials;
4. Can increase the sword type flat knife slitting structure
(manual cutting machine slitting functions), can be manual pushing
flat blade for cutting, more convenient, meanwhile slitting flat
end face, Cutting spindle domains on PE hose protect knife, prevent
blade bruising, Operation is very simple;
5. Slitting length by hexagon positioning shaft decision, can set
up six basic slitting width,also in six basic width of cutting,
multiple cutting width accurate location.
