This machine mainly includes body of machine, oil cylinder, work
table, guide mechanisn, hydraulic system, electric system and so
on. the body of machine welded by channel steel, and it adopts
hydraulic transmission and electrohydraulic interlocks.
This machine is usually connected with each other and single
machines share one hydraulic oil pump. Each single machine can work
seperatedly, and will not influence other machines' work.
The details
Mainly used for production of inner tube with rubber base tube
valve, also can be used for common valve of bicycle, motorcycle,
car, truck inner tube production.
Structure features:
The cooling line is applied for cooling, blowing off, printing,
hole punching, valve pitting, soap stoning, length limited cutting
after tube being extruded. The operation is fully automatic, with
PLC control and adjusting for saving labor, for high efficiency
producing and less defective rate. The whole line is a linked
driving with inverter control, that the speed can be adjusted
freely.
