Application

2. Structural Features
Rack:
Welding fabrication and through annealing treatment, precision
machine tools comprehensive processing, strong rigidity, not
deformation, the sliding surface is smooth and wear-resistant.
Bedplate:
Welding type bedplate and through annealing treatment and then
machine processing, high strength and not deformation.
Rollers:
Roller material: Chilled Alloy Cast Iron LTH-H
Hardness: 68-72HSD
Chilling Layer: 10-25mm
Host Bearing:
Our rubber calendering machine uses equipped with Swedish SKF
bearings to guarantee calendering accuracy.
Bearing Bedplate:
Casting made by tempering processing with a lubricating oil hole.
The bearing bedplate’s sealing shell is made of aluminums with maze
ring oil sealing to keep the leakage of inside and outside.
Nip Adjustment Device
Nip Adjustment using Upper Roller, Down Roller. It can adjust at
both ends at the same time and can adjust separately.
Transmission Type:
It is using motor drive speed reducer, through stick pin couplings,
friction ratio drive the roller rotation.
Speed Reducer:
Type: One Motor input, and one shaft output.
Gear: Hard-tooth type, airlight immersing oil speed reducer. Noise
≤78dB, Safety Factor: SA≥2 times｡
Main Motor:
The main motor using frequency motor and through variable-frequence
governor adjust the motor rotate speed.
Lubrication System:
Bearing Lubrication: These systems has one set of oil tank, it
including flow adjustable oil temperature gauge, condenser, filter
etc. and flow control, and lower the lubrication oil temperature
and guarantee the cleanness of the lubrication oil.

Stock Guide:

The body adopts high quality SS41 welding, stock guide adopts MC
Nylon material.
