Applications
This rubber kneader machine is mainly used for natural rubber,
synthetic rubber, reclaimed rubber and plastic smelting and mixing,
rubber and plastic blending, but also for blending of variety of
low viscosity materials.
This rubber kneader machine is widely used in rubber and related
products industry, such as tire plant, cable plant, adhesive tape &
hose factory, rubber shoes factory, sealed fittings factory, rubber
and plastic products factory, also applies to blend in paints,
dyes, ceramics, medicine, tapes, movie film line etc..

Structure features:
1. All of inside wall , discharge door, ram are of drill hole
cooling, and rotor is of hollow spray cooling.
2. Contacting faces with stock such as mixing chambers inside wall,
discharge door, ram are received hardening treatment.
Rotor bearing is of rolling bearing.
3. Axial seal of rotor is adopted with hydraulic seal, and with
adjustable seal ratio.
4. Operating of the discharge door is driven by the double-rack
tilting hydraulic cylinder and with plate-inserted or crank
locking.
5. The transmission system may adopt a dual-output hardened-gear
speed reducer, and used with gear coupling (joint) or the cross
universal coupling drive, the transmission system is structured
with stationary state, low noise, high efficiency and long-service
life.
6. Pneumatic control system is controlled by PLC instruction . A
bi-directional air cylinder make the ram up or down , in case
thatoverload occurs in the mixing chamber ,the top ram can be
raised automatically or manually if necessary , so as to protect
motor from overload
7.Tilting mechanism consists of brake motor , cycloidal gear
reducer , TP type worm and worm gear etc . It is able to actuate
the mixing chamber to tilte by 140 around the front rotor
