5. It is strictly forbidden to use the bucket to hit (break) solid
objects. It is also not allowed to use rotary machinery to break
solid objects with the bucket. In the case of large rocks or hard
objects, they should be removed before operation; it is strictly
forbidden to excavate unblasted rocks above grade
