1. Introduction of laterite nickel rotary kiln metallurgy machine
Large-scale roastery reduction rotary kiln is one of the key
equipment in the whole laterite nickel smelting process. The ore
enters the rotary kiln after drying, and is heated to 800℃ in the
rotary kiln to remove the surface moisture and water of
crystallization, and partially reduce the iron, nickel and cobalt
oxides in the ore, and then enter the electric furnace for melting.
