Circular Vibrating Sieve is a high precision fine powder screening machine.The fundamental principle of vibrating screen sifter is that the unbalanced weight dropper installed on the top and bottom ends of motor changes the rotation motion of motor to horizontal, vertical and inclined three-dimensional motions, and then passes this motion to screen surface, achieving the purpose of classification, filtering and removal of impurities.

3. Working principle and structural characteristics

YK series circular vibrating screen is to make the screen body vibrate periodically along the direction of excitation force by driving the exciter outside the ordinary motor, and the material moves continuously on the screen surface, so as to achieve the purpose of screening.

The YK series circular vibrating screen is composed of excitation source, screen body, screen screen, damping device and bottom bracket. The side plate of the screen machine is made of high quality steel plate. The side plate is connected with crossbeam and vibration exciter base by high strength bolt or ring slot willow nail. The structure is reasonable and durable.
