Description:

This machine is suitable for construction research institutions, construction companies and concrete component unit laboratories. It can be used to mix concrete, lightweight concrete and hardened concrete, as well as other industrial laboratories to mix different materials.

This machine is easy to operate, with high mixing efficiency, small residue and convenient cleaning. It is an ideal laboratory concrete mixing equipment.

This machine is composed of frame, mixing device, transmission system, limit device and electrical control system. The rack is the supporting part of the whole equipment, which is welded/connected by channel steel. The mixing device consists of a mixing cylinder, a mixing shaft, and a mixing blade. The mixing blade is fixed on the mixing arm, and is integrated with the mixing shaft to form two groups of spiral strip mixing shovels with the same lead and spiral rise angle. The gap between the mixing blade and the inner wall of the mixing cylinder can be slightly adjusted. The transmission mechanism is composed of a reducer and a coupling. The cylinder limiting device is composed of a locking pin and a positioning hole. The electrical control system has the functions of starting, inching, stopping and timing.

Working principle:

Stop the machine when discharging, open/lock the lock to make the cylinder rotate at a certain angle, press the inching button at the limit position to realize the mixture and discharge it out of the cylinder.Concrete Testing Equipment
