Maintenance of dust collector:
1. The wind-locking device of the dust collector must ensure that the lock air is effective and the material is smoothly discharged. If the lock air is invalid, the negative pressure will be seriously lost in the return ash port, resulting in poor dust collection effect. Material, when the dust is severe, it will be filled with the inside of the dust collector, causing the dust to fail.

2. The pulse valve inspection of the dust collector ensures flexible and effective action. If there is air leakage, the diaphragm and internal corresponding parts (such as: valve core, spring, orifice) should be replaced. If the pulse valve fails, the blowing effect will be poor. The surface area of the filter bag cannot be removed to reduce the dust collection capacity.

3. Check the lifting cylinder of the dust collector to ensure that the lifting cylinder moves smoothly and ensure that the cylinder gland is tightened and not loose. Otherwise, the gland pressure will not be tight and can not be lifted; if the pressure is not tight, it will cause the cleaning to be cleaned. If it cannot be lifted, the corresponding air chamber cannot be collected.

4. The electromagnetic two-way five-way reversing valve inspection, to ensure smooth operation, no air leakage, no dust inside, otherwise it will cause the failure of the lifting cylinder.
