Dual-channel Pulping Machine is suitable for removing core and beating separation of stone fruit(mango, peach, apricot, jujube), Berry (tomato, kiwi,strawberry, pitaya) and pre boiled and softened kernel fruit (apple, pear).

Dual-channel Pulping Machine is composed of transmission system, bearing seat, sleeve shaft,back cover of cylinder, baffle plate, cylinder body, spline shaft,screen, scraper (or beating bar), front cover of cylinder, frame and other components. The upper and lower core beating barrels are equipped with observation and cleaning holes for easy inspection and cleaning. The first way of Dual-channel Pulping Machine is to remove the core rotor, and the second way is to beat and filter the rotor,which can realize the process of removing the core (first way) and peeling and beating (second way); if it is used for beating berries and nuts, whether single or double way is selected, the rotor is always beating rotor.

When processing the drupe, the motor is driven by the triangle belt to make the rotor parts rotate at high speed. The fruit is spirally transported to the beating bar by the feeding paddle in the feeding port machine. Under the action of the beating bar, the material is mashed. Due to the centrifugal force, the juice and meat in the material(which have become pulp) enter the next process through the mesh on the screen, and the core is discharged from the slag outlet by the slag discharge paddle, so as to realize the automatic separation of pulp and slag.

When processing berries, the motor drives the scraper installed on the spline shaft through the triangle belt to rotate at a high speed. When the crushed fruit enters the machine through the feed port, the pulp retaining disc will discharge the material evenly between the scraper and the screen. Due to the rotation function of the scraper and the existence of the lead angle, the material moves along the cylinder to the outlet end. The moving track is spiral, and the material is in the shape of In the process of moving between the scraper and the screen, the scraper is crushed by the centrifugal force. The juice and meat(already in the form of pulp)pass through the screen hole and enter the next process(the two-way beater is linked to repeat the above process), and the skin and seeds are discharged from the slag hopper, so as to achieve the goal of automatic separation.As long as the screen of different specifications is changed and the lead angle of scraper is adjusted, different beating speed can be changed and satisfactory results can be obtained.
