Q1:How do you control your product quality?
A:We take ISO9001 quality system into our production and all the
production are standardized under 7S. Absorbed the advanced
management experiences from our Japan team in R & D, Production and
Quality control, KAYO has been implementing the strictest quality
control system and integrated quality and service traceability
system. All the product are of traceability from the material input
to finished products delivery, Inspection and testing are implement
during the whole production steps. and the Comprehensive test will
be taken before the delivery;
Q2: What certificates do you have?
A:ISO9001 quality system, IATF16949 Automotive Industry Management
System, ISO140001 Environmental System, and GB/T29490-2013 System.
And most of the products have passed the UL, UN38.3, ROSH, CE, CB,
BIS, KC, MSDS certificates.
Q3: How long will be the Lead time?
A: It depends on order quantity. Usually the delivery date for
samples: 5~7days, for mass production: 7~30 days.

A:Yes, we can produce the custom made battery packs as every of
clients requirements. Such as the cell brands, capacity, voltage,
discharge performance, battery shape, battery size, connectors,
enclosures and the package, all can be customized.
