The polymer cast film developed by the international advanced in-situ reinforcement, ion crosslinking reinforcement and toughening technology has the characteristics of strong adhesion,The cast film for honeycomb panel is made of food grade material. The surface layer, honeycomb layer and bottom layer are cured by hot melt and laminated, which is not only environmentally friendly and healthy, but also has a uniform film thickness and strong laminating force. Durable, not easy to warp.

AH5013 adhesive cast film is used for aluminium honeycomb composite panel with 100% of adhesive resins,which ensures the honeycomb panel bonding well and has excellent peel strength.The processing temperature is low,for which makes the honeycomb panel combination well at lower temperature in high production speed.

Application

AH5013 polymer adhesive film is used for Aluminium honeycomb Panel,which can be used for outdoor headers,signboards,and interior decoration,special for ceiling decoration.The aluminium honeycomb panel is not easy to peel off and delaminate after using many years in interior.

Processing Suggestions :

Adhesive Layer Structure: AL+AH5013+aluminium honeycomb sheet +AH5013+AL

Bonding Temperature: 140℃-165℃ (Actual Temperature of tie Equipment)

Metal Surface: Phosphating or chromizing treatment and pre-degreasing treatment can avoid dust pollutants.

QC Standard: IS09001:2015

Packing and Storage:

12 Rolls/Pallet,60- 80 KG/Roll (Customization available)；

Keep in a dry cool place. Avoid direct sunlight, ventilation, and moisture. The storage period at room temperature is 12 months. If the film color changes and elongation is found to decrease by 50%, do not use it.
