The dosing equipment is mainly used to realize the three tank continuous preparation of automatic dissolution and dosing process through liquid level controller and solenoid valve.
1. With dry polymer feeding function;
2. Automatic control of the whole dispensing process can make the prepared solution blend evenly.
3. The flow of dry powder, liquid polymer and dilution water can be adjusted, and the concentration of liquid medicine can be configured according to actual needs.
4. The ultra-low liquid level and dry powder level meter can give an alarm in time to notify the addition of dry powder.
5. The solution can be diluted online with the inlet water through the quantitative pump to the working concentration, and the uniform solution can be obtained through the static mixer.

Working principle

When the solution tanks are completed step by step, the solution tanks are separated from each other to ensure that the optimal dissolution time and constant concentration are achieved in each solution tank, and to avoid short flow between the prefabricated mixing tank and the solution storage tank.
The liquid level gauge sends a message according to the liquid level and is controlled by the electrical automatic power. Once the liquid level reaches the "low level", open the electronic water inlet valve and start the dry powder feeder at the same time. The dosage of dry medicine and the amount of water can be accurately adjusted to obtain accurate concentration. With the increase of inlet water, the dissolution cycle stops when the liquid level reaches "high level". The mixer is always in working condition.
