TZM is a kind of Molybdenum Alloy which has excellent high
temperature properties formed by solution strengthening and carbide
dispersion strengthening of Titanium, Zirconium and Carbon in
Molybdenum.
TZM molybdenum alloy, as a high temperature structural and
functional material, is widely used to make high temperature
components such as Isothermal Forging Mold, X-ray Rotating Target,
Ion Implanation equipments parts,Heat Shield for high temperature
furnace, Piercing Point (Seamless Stainless Steel Tube), inner wall
material for nuclear fusion reactor, Protective Tile and so on.

Applications of TZM:
TZM has good high temperature properties and mechanical properties, so
TZM sheets is widely used in various high temperature fields. It is
commonly used in the manufacture of electric vacuum devices and
electric light source parts, and is suitable for the preparation of
ion implantation parts.
As a high-temperature heating element and high-temperature
structural parts, TZM sheets is often applied as the electrode of
glass and refractory fiber industry. Working in 1300 ℃ glass melt,
it has good performance and long service life. It is also often
used as electrode in rare earth industry and is widely used. In
addition, TZM rod can also be used in hot runner system to prepare
various types of hot nozzles and hot runners.

corrosion and conductivity, strong toughness. With low thermal
expansion coefficient, steam pressure and fine mechanical
