The INFITEK MT-810B PCB Separator is a PCB V-cut machine designed with a maximum cutting length of 600mm. This PCB cutting machine is capable of cutting thickness from 1.0 to 3.2mm, and V-cut thickness from 0.2 to 2.0mm. The INFITEK MT-810B PCB Separator Machine has an adjustable separator speed that can be set to 500mm/s or 300mm/s cutting speed. The INFITEK PCB Separator has different models for different cutting lengths.

• Adjustable separating speed: 500mm/s or 300mm/s
• Minimum Cutting length: 400mm (MT-810A), Maximum cutting length: 1300mm (MT-810D) Upper circular blade adjustable up to 0-2mm.
• Adjustable operation platform from 0-50mm.
• Cutting thickness: 1.0-3.2mm, V-cut thickness: 0.2-2.0mm
• The machine can cut PCB boards without damaging electronic components.
• Improves cutting efficiency.
• With the blade moving, it can reduce pressure on the board to avoid solder joint crack and parts fracture.
• The upper circular blade cuts against the lower linear blade to separate the PCB board, with smooth and clear cuts.
• Set fixed start and end points for blade moving according to the length of PCB.
• According to the width of the PCB, the back baffle can be adjustable from 0 to 150mm.
• The blades are sharp and durable. And they can be sharpened between 2 to 3 times.
• Assemble the light curtain system on the end of the lower blade for your option. If there is anything beyond the safe line, the PCB separator will stop, which provides safety protection.
