1. PROFUCT PROFILE

Wafer type butterfly valve is one type of central lined butterfly valve, which is one normal type of butterfly valve in need of big quantity.Butterfly valve flange type has its flanges with holes. The pipe end to be connected to the valve is also designed with a flange and holes of the same size as those on the flanged valve. The valve is secured on the piping system using bolts and nuts.Prosper Flow can produce the wafer butterfly valve rubber lined in accordance with EN593, API609 and AMSE B16.34.

· Support shaft seal: bonding of elastomer to phenolic backing ring protects against distortion, a common cause of shaft leakage

· Integral ISO mounting pad for easy valve operation; no bracket needed

· One piece stem ensures dependability and positive disc positioning

· Tight in both flow directions

· Available in Wafer and Lug styles

· Disc has a precision profile that provides bubble tight shut off and assures minimum torque

· The sealing material has the characteristics of aging resistance, weak corrosion resistance and long service life.
