Continuous Aluminum Brazing Furnace For Radiator Cores Continuous
Atmosphere Aluminum Brazing Furnace heat the work-piece to the
brazing temperature.For different work-piece and different input
power of each heating zone,each heating zone has greater
flexibility at inputting different heating rates.Separate power
controllers are used to balance the heating requirements of each
brazing zone.
Note: The power listed in the technical specification is the
maximum load capacity of the equipment, not the service value.The
actual load is determined by the load of the work-piece and fixture
that transmitted on the conveyor belt.
The number of brazing zones is designed to sufficiently ensure that
the work-piece is heated to the required temperature in the
protective nitrogen.The temperature uniformity of the product in
the final brazing zone (575℃ -650℃) is ±3℃.
Brazing muffle for air chamber is welded structure, the length of
the whole sheet adopts bending without splicing.
