Our company produces various FRP tanks, such as FRP horizontal
storage tank, FRP vertical tank, FRP transportation tank. According
to customer's specific usage, we can make various tanks by epoxy
furan resin, modified or polyester resin, phenolic resin to serve
as adhesives. It has corrosion resistant inner layer, transition
layer, filament winding strengthening layer and the outer
protective layer. FRP tanks can be widely used in many areas, such
as: light industry, petroleum, chemical, food brewing,
transportation. FRP tank can resist the corrosion of various acids,
alkali and salts. If we adopt the foodstuff resins, and after the
strict treatment, the tanks can be used to store and transport the
soy sauce, vinegar and other foods. For the large tanks that are
difficult to transport, we can manufacture them on site.
Advantages:
1) Light weight, its density is 1.5-1.9, equals one forth of the
steel, but its strength is higher. 2) Corrosion resistant, we can
select different kind of resin against the variety of the media,
such as acid, alkaline, salt and oil etc. 3) The inner surface is
very smooth, the roughness coefficient is 0.0084, it is easier to
clean, and has good sanitary property. 4) Good property against low
temperature, it can be used under the condition of -80ºC.
