AISI 4140 is chromium-molybdenum high strength steel. It provides a
very good balance of strength, toughness and wear resistance.We can
deliver AISI 4140 forgings according to ASTM A29/A29M-91 standard
.AISI4140 material was melted by EAF + LF + VD melting method.
For the heat treatment of AISI4140 forging parts, annealing,
normalizing, quenching, tempering and other treatments can be
carried out according to customer requirements. AISI4140 is an
ideal general purpose high strength structural steel that can be
used after machining
