Prepare the Wire Rope: Make sure the end of the steel wire rope is cleanly cut and not frayed.

Thread the Rope: Insert the end of the wire rope through one of the holes in the clamp. If you intend to create a loop, leave enough excess rope to form the desired loop size.

Create the Loop: If you're creating a loop, bring the end of the wire rope around and insert it through the second hole in the clamp. This forms a loop with the wire rope passing through both holes.

Position the Clamp: Place the double hole clamp over the looped section of the wire rope. Ensure that the holes of the clamp are aligned with the wire rope inside.

Tighten the Nuts: Thread the nuts onto the threaded ends of the clamp's bolts. Use a wrench to tighten the nuts evenly on both sides of the clamp. This applies pressure to the wire rope, preventing it from slipping out of the clamp.

Inspect the Installation: Perform a visual inspection to confirm that the wire rope is securely held in place and that the clamp is properly seated. Verify that the nuts are tightened according to the manufacturer's recommended torque specifications.

The galvanized coating on the clamp helps protect the steel from corrosion and rust, making it suitable for outdoor and maritime applications where exposure to moisture and harsh environments is a concern.
