Aviation plug definition
Aviation plug is the common name of electrical connectors, also
known as aviation connectors, aviation electrical connectors,
because the initial use in the aviation field and named. Generally
used with the aviation socket, now widely used in navigation,
aerospace, aviation, national defense, military, nuclear industry,
electric power and other fields, the shell material is often used

categories are.
① electrical performance: rated voltage, rated current, contact

sex, installation mode and shape, shell material, insulator,
contact, mechanical life, etc.
③Environmental technical performance: working temperature, working
height, vibration, shock, constant acceleration, sealing, anti-salt
spray, anti-humidity, anti-mold performance, etc.
Product detail
Aviation plug shall be equipped with special PE connection bit; and
shield wire connection before the pin connection to ensure safety.
Plugs and sockets shall have locking parts to prevent disconnection
after connection.
The cores shall preferably be wired in a tool-free manner with
straight spring connection.
The pins inside the aerial plugs and sockets shall be silver-plated
on the surface; to ensure the reliability of the connection.
Aviation plugs and sockets should be designed to prevent
misplugging on site
