Equipment Usage
Foam ceramic filter plate filter box is widely used in the
filtration of molten Aluminium in the process of Aluminium smelting
and casting, filtering oxides in the molten Aluminium, preventing
particulate impurities in the molten Aluminium from entering the
billet and affecting the quality of the product.
A satisfactory filtering effect can be obtained throught selecting
the right filtration box structure & the specification of filter
plates, according to the quality requirements of the castings
parts, the flow rate of molten Aluminium, the total amount of
molten Aluminium filtered, and the cleanliness of the molten
Aluminium itself .
Once equipped with German Drache or American SELEE foam ceramic
filter plate, can get better filtering effect.
Foam ceramic filter plate filter box can be used alone or in
combination with Deep Bed Filter box and Tubular Filter Box.

Equipment Features
l Significant filtration effects. It meets the production
requirements of ordinary products and even the stringent production
requirements of Aluminium alloy can materials, aero-metals and
other relevant materials with exactingly requirement. The
filtration box can effectively filter out bulk inclusions in the
molten Aluminium, adsorb small inclusions in the molten Aluminium,
refine the crystalline structure of castings.
The filtering method is simple. Standardized and serialized
production of the CFF filtration boards has been realized.
According to the requirements of the quality of Aluminium liquid
and flow rate, etc., matched with different hole sizes (20-60ppi)
and a combination of filter plates, then different filtering
effects can be achieved.
Economical. The filtration board has high strength and resistance
to abrasion by molten Aluminium, good thermal shock resistance and
a long service life. The heating cover ensures that one filtration
board can be reused more than 6 times in the filtrate, thereby
reducing the cost of consumables. The lining of the filtration box,
similar to the degassing box, does not infiltration with Aluminium,
has good temperature holding performance, cold and heat shock
resistance, and a long life.
