Performance and characteristics:
High speed disperser, strong mixing and dispersion, viscous, solid
and liquid materials can rapidly dissolve AES, AESA, LSA and other
insoluble materials in liquid in liquid washing production, saving
energy consumption and shortening the production cycle;
The main mixer adopts a stepless speed change device to reduce the
formation of bubbles when the temperature is low and the viscosity
is high;
Gear pump circulation discharge device can speed up product forming
and rapid discharge.
The mixing system adopts unidirectional or bidirectional scraping
mixing and variable frequency speed regulation, which is suitable
for different process requirements.
Materials can be heated or cooled according to process
requirements, and steam or electric heating can be selected
according to customer requirements. There are a variety of mixing
slurry forms, which can be used for the production of different
types of products.
The material is imported SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, and the
tank and pipeline are mirror polished.
