PRODUCTS INTRODUCTION
Our company mainly produces Ф20mm—Ф130mm low,middle,high chrome
alloy casting iron ball. Huafu chose large angle steel,scrap steel
and other raw material,according to different product,needs adding
chrome,manganese,vanadium,titanium,rare earth and as so on
metal.Products high hardness, low wear, good toughness and less
broken, in the process of using sphere will further improve the
surface hardness, wear resistance. Chrome alloy casting iron ball
are widely used in cement, building materials, metal mining, coal
slurry thermal power, chemical engineering, ceramic coating, light
industry, papermaking, ultrafine powder preparation of magnetic
materials and other industries and further processing.
High Chrome casting steel ball
High chrome casting grinding ball, chrome concentration is 10%－24%,
hardness ≥HRC58. High chrome casting grinding ball is one of the
wearable steel ball with better performance-price-ratio, and its
extensive usage has won itself a high share in the market.

Middle chrome grinding balls chrome concentration is 4-6%, hardness
≥ HRC 48, Middle chrome grinding ball have a better performance
than complex alloy ball.

Low chrome casting steel ball
Chrome Concentration is 1-3%, hardness ≥ HRC 45, this steel ball is
called low chrome grinding balls, which is made by smelting in
intermediate frequency electric furnace, metal mould or sand
casting process. It applies to metallurgic mines and slag
industries where no high grinding accuracy or wearability is
required.
