1. Product introduction of PXH Series Gyratory Crusher Stone Crusher Machine
PXH series gyratory crusher set mechanical, hydraulic, electrical,
automation and intelligent control technology in one, is a large
capacity, high efficiency and intelligent new coarse crushing
equipment, compared with the traditional gyratory crusher, high
crushing efficiency, low use cost, convenient maintenance and
adjustment.
The crusher is mainly composed of the beam part, the upper middle
and lower frame part, the moving cone part, the eccentric sleeve
part, the transmission part and the hydraulic cylinder part, etc.,
driven by the motor to rotate the horizontal shaft, the horizontal
shaft through the gear to drive the eccentric sleeve to rotate, and
then the eccentric sleeve to drive the moving cone part to do
circular swing, so as to achieve continuous extrusion broken
stones.
By adjusting the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the moving
cone can make the moving cone move up and down so as to
conveniently adjust the size of the discharge port, convenient to
adjust the size of the product particle size. At the same time, the
hydraulic cylinder also provides over iron protection function,
when there is an unbreakable object (such as iron) into the
crushing chamber, the hydraulic cylinder can automatically make the
moving cone fall, so as to release the iron, continue to break.

(1) The crushing chamber is suitable for all kinds of crushing

chrome fixed cone liner and the lower frame liner are the optional

(3) The effective dust seal is equipped with a positive pressure
blower to prevent dust from entering the eccentric device and drive
device, and extend the life of the crusher bearing.
(4) Balanced design, is the design of mobile or fixed crushing
operation, so that the impact force transmitted to the crusher
supporting frame is small.
(5) The beam bushing and sealing, without removing the beam, can be
easily replaced, which reduces the labor, time and equipment
consumption and production loss caused by parking.
(6) Heavy integral spindle, equipped with patented alloy steel
thread spindle sleeve, reduce the stress of the spindle.
(7) The moving cone locking nut with cutting ring can make the
removal of the moving cone liner simple
(8) High strength frame design, even under bad crushing conditions,
can also work without fault, and extend the service life.
(9) The spindle and the moving cone are cast together to avoid the
loosening of the moving cone in the crushing process.
(10) External adjustment device for big and small gear backlash.
(11) The thrust bearing wear indicator releases harmless silver
powder into the lubricating oil when it reaches the wear through
thickness
(12) The spindle position control system can easily adjust the
spindle to compensate for liner wear and control the product
particle size.

The above processing capacity is based on the following
assumptions: feed 100% through the feed port width of 80%; 80%
through 60% of the width of the feed port and 50% through the size
of the screen 10% of the maximum feeding block. These values are
suitable for materials with loose densities of 1.6 t/m3(100
lb/in3).
All capacity values are calculated at the maximum eccentricity of
each device. All abilities depend on the application. Factors to
consider in determining total crushing capacity include: material
characteristics, feeding size, material distribution, work index,
water content and feeding method.
