check parts name, process, nozzle fixture check buffer action, if the action is not smooth coated with a thin layer of lubricant, if the fixture loose, tight. Move the lens to clean the dust and residue on the lens. X axis lead screw check whether there is debris or residue, if necessary to clean. X-axis guide check whether the grease has hardened and residue adhesion. Y-axis lead screw check whether there is debris or residue, if necessary, to clean. Y-axis guide check whether there is any hardened grease and residue adhesion. W shaft screw screw check whether there is debris or residue, if necessary to clean, air interface check y-ring and o-ring aging, if necessary to replace.
