Production requirements

1. anti-static: LED Display Assembly plant should have good anti-circuit measures, special anti-circuit floor, anti-static mat, anti-static ring, anti-static clothing, humidity control, equipment grounding and so on are the basic requirements, and should be checked regularly with an electrostatic meter.

• Driver Circuit Design: LED Display Module on the driver circuit board driver IC layout will also ring the LED brightness. Because the output current of driving IC has a long transmission distance on PCB, the voltage drop of the transmission path will be too large, which will affect the normal working voltage of LED and cause its brightness to decrease.
• design current value: the nominal current of LED is 20mA, the maximum use current of LED is not more than 80% of the nominal value, especially for the display with small distance between the hands, because of the bad heat dissipation condition, the current value should be reduced.
• Mixed Light: the same color different brightness of the LED need mixed light, or according to the design of discrete rules of the illustrations to insert lights, to ensure that the whole screen of each color brightness consistency. If there is a problem in this process, it will appear the display screen partial filling inconsistent phenomenon, directly affect the display effect of LED display screen.
