Kovar Alloy Sheet is an iron-cobalt-nickel alloy with a thermal expansion coefficient similar to that of hard glass. Because the Kowa alloys are tough and versatile, extensive quality control is applied in the manufacture of UNS K94610 alloys to ensure consistent physical and mechanical properties, thus making stretching, stamping, and machining easier. Moreover, Kovar has the most dynamic mechanical properties.

Make iron-nickel-cobalt alloy rod, rod, plate and pipe with hard glass. Suitable for electronic vacuum devices such as transmitting tube, oscillation tube, ignition tube, transistor, tube sealing plug, and relay housing. It has a certain line expansion coefficient in the temperature range of 20℃ -450℃, which can cooperate with hard glass and can be sealed firmly.
