1. Application
This cantilever type single cable stranding machine applied in the
laying-up and stranding of power wire,telecommunications
cable,control cable, CAT-5, CAT-6, CAT-7 date cable and other
special core-wire,also can synchronously complete center wrapping
or side wrapping.
2. Performance and feature
This series of equipments consists of PLC proedure, frequency
conversion speed-regulation control, pneumatic control. Cantilever
cabling twist motion, bobbin capston take-up motion and bobbin
reciprocating traverse motion are dual controlled by mechanical
linkage and pneumatic linkage, thus, the excellent synchronous
performance of the unit from starting normal operation, slow stop
and emergency stop status, in addition, the stable twist pitch is
also ensure with small errors at the same time.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in
2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of
Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional
manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in
North China.
Since 2006, Baohong Electrical Machinery has been relying on the
care and support of customers, committed to the research and
development of stranding machine and laying-up machine, and has
made great progress. Now, we have become the only assembly line processing factory in
China that can develop and produce JLK rigid stranding series. We
have also independently developed JGB bow skip stranding line, CGB
Bow skip cable line and CLY high speed cradle cable laying-up line.
Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area
of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our
company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs. Annual output
value is over 10 million dollars at present,and has developed into
