ST-6030+SM-6040S is a simple and economical model of sleeve
packaging series. It adopts PE film, which is easy to operate. It
can be automatically sealed by pressing the button manually.
The BW-6030 uses top class cylinders for stable operation during
pushing and sealing. The special design of the sealing blade makes
the depth of the sealing line fixed, the pressurization design
prevents no shaking, and avoids the film sticking to the tool; The
light products can also be adjusted with the advance material rack
to ensure perfect packaging. Products of different shapes are
transported by solid steel rollers, durable silicone tubes and
chains
Machine description:
*Bottle entry → automatic bottle release → bottle pushing → hot
sealing and cold cutting → PE pressing → shrinkage → cooling.
*The upper and lower magnetic switches prevent incorrect sealing
and protect operators.
*The input position can be adjusted according to the size of the
packaged product.

intelligent temperature controller is stable.

Our factory is nearby from Shanghai City, if you fly from abroad,
we can pick you up at the airport.
Q2: What's your payment stipulation?
A2: Our standard payment is 30% of the total amount for deposit,
pay the balance before the shippment. For the others,
we can further discuss.
Q3: Do you have technicians for installation?
A3: We are responsible for the installaion in your country, you can
also arange your staffs to our factory to learn how to operate the
complete line.
Q4: How about the spare parts?
A4: We will send one year enough easy broken spare parts together
with the machines when shipping, In the course of the warranty
time, we can delivery you including the cost and fees.
<1>Installation, debug
After equipment reached the workshop of customer, place the
equipment according to plane layout we offered. We will arrange
seasoned technician for equipment installation, debug and test
production at the same time make the equipment reach the rated
producing capacity of the line. The buyer need to supply the round
tickets and accommodation of our engineer, and the salary.

Our company offer technology training to customer. The content of
training is structure and maintenance of equipment, control and
operation of equipment. Seasoned technician will guide and
establish training outline. After training, the technician of buyer
could master the operation and maintenance, could adjust the
process and treat different failures.
