Product Description:
The hot filling line is a unique PET packaging solution, which
provides a good substitute for hot filled beverages in PET bottles.
It expands product premixes and revenue generating opportunities
without compromising packaging performance and consumer experience.
This machine is suitable for hot filling of PET bottles up to 1.2L
at 85-88 ° C (juice, nectar, soft drinks, isotonic agents and tea
are applicable)
Washing Parts.
- Into bottle way is air conveyor direct connection with bottle
dial.
- All 304/316 stainless steel rinse heads, water spray style inject
design, more save water consumption and more clean.
- 304/316 Stainless steel Gripper with plastic pad, ensure minimal
bottle crash during washing.
- 304/316 stainless steel washing pump make the machine more
durable.
Filling Parts.
High speed and mass flow filling valve ensures the high filling
speed and exact fluid level.Filling valve have itself reflux
device,Vacuum device increase the liquid level.
Capping Parts.-Placement and capping system, electromagnetic capping head, with
unloading function, ensures the minimum collision of bottles to
protect bottles during capping
-All 304/316 stainless steel structures
-The machine will stop running when there is no bottle or cap to
ensure normal production
-The capping effect is stable and reliable, and the defective rate
is controlled at ≤ 0.2%
Air Conveyor.
-The air conveyor is fixed on the floor and the fan is installed on
the top.
-The air filter is located at each inlet of the fan to prevent dust
from blowing into the bottle.
-The bottle is fixed at the neck of the conveyor and conveyed to
the filling machine by air blowing power.
-All made of stainless steel SUS 304/316. The frame is welded by
