XW-BS110 Cylindrical battery sorter, is the internal resistance,
voltage sorting equipment, for 33138 33140 and similar cells.
Kindly set the desired internal resistance, voltage on the
operation screen,the equipment will accurately sort the battery
into the correspoding channels.
The system can perform the 9 GO channel and 1 NG channel
sorting.It's equipped with whole hopper feeding, automatic sorting,
manually receiving, saving 2-3 manpower meanwhile.
Why need the sticking machine?
For the cylindrical cells, the positive terminal and negative
terminal are very closed, have the risk of short circuit when
assembly to a pack by nickel strip. Especially for those battery
pack without a plastic holder.
If we paste a insulation paper on the positive terminal, will avoid
the risk of sort circuit.
How sorting machine works?
The battery sorting machine is composed of mechanical structure,
feeding system, test system, control system, etc. First, put the
battery into the bin, the battery roller drives the battery to the
test position, the test probe contacts the positive and negative
poles of the battery, the tester reads the internal resistance and
voltage of the battery, the detector transmits the test results to
the controller, and the controller puts the batteries with
different parameters into different channels according to the
settings.
