What is containerized RO water treatment equipment?

The basic working principle is : using of a special high pressure pump, increasing pressure to raw water, then force raw water penetrating through reverse osmosis membrane under the pressure. Only water molecules and solvent less than microns can pass through the RO membrane.

The spiral membrane is constucted of one or more membrane envelopes wound around a perforated central tube. The permeate passes through the membrane into the envelope and spiral inward to the central tube for collection.

Containerized seawater desalination plant feature:

Seawater with TDS of up to 40.000 ppm serves as a raw water source for the desalination plant. For prevention of accumu- lation, suspended solids on the membrane surface the raw water is filtered over a sand filter, 5 micron filter and 1 micron fine filter. This pretreatment measure guarantees that no solids interfere with the desalination process.
