Description:
Drilling Fluids Testing Equipment Mk-12szn can be connected to a computer to output the test results
through software, which is easy to operate and has small error of
measurement results. Twelve speed rotary viscometer is a rotary
instrument driven by stepping motor. The measured liquid is in the
annular space between two concentric cylinders, and the stepping
motor drives the outer cylinder to rotate. The outer cylinder
generates a torque through the measured liquid acting on the inner
cylinder, which rotates the inner cylinder connected with the
torsion spring by a corresponding angle. According to Newton's law,
the rotation angle is proportional to the viscosity of the liquid,
so the measurement of the liquid viscosity is changed to the
measurement of the rotation angle of the inner cylinder, which is
the liquid viscosity and shear stress through calculation.
