Working principle and main structure:
1. Through the mechanical transmission mechanism, the motor makes
the brush do reciprocating linear motion to complete the washing
process of the test plate. The control circuit realizes the
functions of setting, displaying and terminating the test of the
washing times.
2. The instrument is mainly composed of motor, transmission
structure, brush parts, water supply system, test plate pressing
device and circuit control system.
Description:
It is designed and manufactured according to GB / t9266-88 and GB /
t9153-88. It is applicable to determine the scrub resistance of the
architectural coating (planar). Under the specified test
conditions, the scrub resistance of the surface of the
architectural coating can be determined by setting and changing the
scrub times of the reciprocating motion of the brush. It is a
necessary testing instrument for scientific research, measurement
