Description:
The traditional wire rod coating machine is coated by winding thin
steel wire on the surface of the steel rod. The thin steel wire on
the surface is easy to loose and break, and it is not easy to
clean, nor can it be coated with ultra-thin film.
In order to solve the above problems, a new extrusion type wire rod
coater was developed. The wire rod coater uses a precision die and
uses cold extrusion processing technology to process concave and
convex wavy curves on the surface of steel rods, playing the same
