◆ optimized design of vacuum suction platform, highly uniform adsorption force distribution (bgd 218)

◆ the vacuum pump is external, which avoids the shaking caused by the traditional machine (built-in vacuum pump) structure during coating (only bgd 218).

Description:

The automatic coating machine is used to prepare uniform and traceable coatings (manual coating is often inconsistent, especially between different operators, which makes the comparison of samples difficult and even unreliable), and its reproducibility is good. Because the factors affecting the coating film are the shear rate and the weight applied to the construction tool. The instrument uses a precisely controlled wire rod or applicator to move back and forth at a selected speed.
