Description:
The automatic double-sided labeling machine is composed of two
labeling head, bottle separating and correcting device, conveyor, top pressing conveyor, whole machine frame and control
system, It adopts mechatronics technology, realizes modern
operation with English HMI, text type and button type, and can
automatically complete bottle separation, label delivery belt,
synchronous separation label etc.
Suitable for: any shape product two sides labeling, also can do for
round bottle wrap around labeling, such as bottle, can, carton,
food container, medicine, daily chemical industry and so on.

Function:
1. Machine has 2.8m conveyor, it can connect with other machine(filling packing line)conveyor using. also can use it alone, or connect with turntable.
2. PLC and touch screen control panel with easy operation, many
units parameter setting and save. Famous servo motor is adopted to
achieve close-loop control and meet high speed and high precision
positioning.
3. Automatic stop when label breaks down or runs out, Malfunction
self-testing and display with alarm. Pressing belt and the host
gear are connected to guarantee absolute synchronization of the two
conveyance belts without any adjustment.
4. Machine can be easy for operation and fast speed to change
different bottle and different label, HMI has save parameter and scale on screw.
5. All components are precisely processed by CNC to ensure high
