Our company's aluminum-silicon series products for torpedo cans
have excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance, alkali slag
corrosion resistance, good thermal shock resistance and peel
resistance. It can adapt to the different smelting conditions of
various customers in the steel industry, and has the
characteristics of high furnace age and low maintenance cost.
Torpedo tanks are not only subject to corrosion by ordinary molten
iron, but also severely corroded by metallurgical auxiliary
materials. For example, the desulfurizer is CaO-CaF2-CaC2, the
desilication agent is usually fish scales or lime, and the
dephosphorization agent is FeO-CaO-CaF2 or Na2CO3, which have very
serious melting corrosion and oxidation effects on high alumina
series refractories.

The company can produce the refractory material products of 178
product brands under eight major series, the annual production
capacity is up to 100,000 tons, among them, 60,000 tons of fired
products medium-to-high gradly, 20,000 tons of unfired products,
20,000 tons of unshaped refractory materials. The company enjoys

Process Equipment
At present company's equipment level had been equal to that of
international large refractory company and detailed showed as
followings: On shaping equipment, more than 60 high pressure
press(From 260T~1250T),one 24000T Isostatic press; on fire
equipment, four ultra-high temperature tunnel furnace and many
down-draft furnace; on mold-making equipment, 20 various kinds of
lathe, miller, planer and grinder and several heating furnace.
The company covers an area of 360,000 square meters and a building
area of 240,000 square meters. It has more than 1,000 employees, of
which scientific and technological personnel account for 30% of the
total number of employees.
