The top is rectangle cap of female screw made with high quality zinc coated metal sheet, the bottom is support metal sheet with 2 stockets, the middle is high quality rubber of NBR, NR with full adhesive between the rubber and metal parts. It is a overload protection shock absorber for marine engine that can be used in a wide MARINE variety of applications for diesel generator sets and marine engines to provide effective noise and vibration isolation. The marine mounts have a low compression design, easy to install, resistant high tensile of compressive and the rubber is loaded in shear and compression and provide 3 way axis control with vertical elasticity, improved vibration isolation on the axis. It is excellent properties of anti-vibration on axial and lateral for generators, engines, motors system with 32-3000kgs and less than 8Hz, small rubber compress but higher load, and it help to get more safety with special design of safety lock. Apply to anti-vibration and shock absorption for marine generators, engines, motors on ship and vessel.
