1.LZZBJ9 10kV Current Transformer Three Phase Transformer Bushing Current Transformer

LZZBJ9-10 current transformer is fully enclosed structure, the iron
core is made of high quality magnetic conductive material, the
primary and secondary windings and the iron core are all poured in
epoxy resin, which has excellent insulation performance and
moisture resistance, and is easy to clean the surface.
The primary outlet P1 and P2 are respectively on the top of the
casting body, and the outlet end of the secondary winding is on the
lower part of the casting body. The first group is the metering
winding (level 0.2s and 0.2), marked 1S1 and 1S2; the second group
is the monitoring winding (level 0.5), marked 2S1 and 2S2; the
third group is the protection winding (10P), marked 3S1 and 3S2. At
the same time, the secondary winding can be tapped.
If the customer needs, the accurate grade combination can be
changed at will. The transformer is reduced polarity. The bottom of
the transformer is equipped with a base plate and 4 Φ12 mounting
holes.

3.LZZBJ9-10 Current Transformer overview

LZZBJ9-10 Current transformer is an indoor epoxy resin cast pillar
type full working condition product. It is used for current and
energy measurement or relay protection in power systems with rated
frequency 50Hz and voltage 10kV and below. It is suitable for
middle type switchgear and other types of switchgear.
This type of product can also be produced according to user
requirements, two, three winding complex ratio structure.
At present, the accuracy level is 0.5, 0.2, 0.5S, 0.2s, and the
protection level is 10P10, 10P20, etc. In addition, non-standard
products can be customized.

4.Structure and characteristics of transformer

The current transformer is fully sealed and cast with epoxy resin,
so the product is resistant to moisture, dirt, small size and light
weight. It is suitable for installation in any position and
direction.
