1. Usage

This kind of pressed steel reels (punching steel reels) can be used for wire drawing, bunching, spooling, and shipping applications, are manufactured to industry standard and custom sizes. The steel reels are manufactured using high-grade steel and assembled using high quality robot welding to ensure consistent quality and reliability.

Forming by steel plate stamping and wielding ,high rigidity, high precision, steady in high-speed operations. Dimension either according to customer’s specifications or GB4004-83, JB/T8997.4-1999 and DIN46397, DIN46395, DIN46391.

Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs.
