The dosing device is mainly used for the treatment of boiler feed
water, circulating water, hydrazine and phosphate in power plants,
as well as in petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, water
supply systems and other industries. The user only needs to place
the combined dosing device in the dosing room, connect the water
inlet and outlet and connect the power supply to start and put it
into operation. This factory integrated device can greatly reduce
the workload of design and on-site construction, and provide a
reliable guarantee for the quality, safety and on-site operation of
the entire system.
Product Classification
The dosing device is a complete set of devices that inject chemical
solution into various systems according to the process flow. The
devices can be divided into three categories according to the use
occasions.
1. Oilfield dosing device. It is mainly used to inject flocculants,
scale inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, demulsifiers and other
pharmaceutical solutions into the wellhead and other systems on the
platform during oil exploitation.
2. Boiler dosing device. It can be used to add ammonia and
hydrazine to boiler feed water, add ammonia and hydrazine to
condensate, add ammonia and hydrazine to boiler shutdown
protection, and add phosphate to steam boilers, mainly for power
plants and power stations.
3. Water treatment dosing device. In the process of water
treatment, chemicals are added to tap water, waste water and
sewage. It is mainly used for water supply and drainage treatment,
environmental protection and other processes. Such as waterworks,
hotels, restaurants, swimming pools, sewage treatment plants, etc.
Product composition
The dosing device takes the metering pump as the main dosing
equipment, and assembles the dissolving tank, agitator, liquid
level gauge, safety valve, check valve, pressure gauge, filter,
buffer, pipeline, valve, base, ladder, automatic monitoring system,
electric control system, etc. on a public platform according to the
process requirements to form a module, namely the so-called skid
mounted combined unit (hereinafter referred to as "skid").
Working principle
The quantitative agent is put into the mixing solution tank for
mixing and dissolution through the device as required. After
dissolution, it is sent to the dosing point through the metering
pump. The dosage can be adjusted freely to meet the requirements of
different dosage sites.
