1. Basic introduction of thickener
The thickener is suitable for dewatering of concentrate and
tailings in concentrators, and is widely used in metallurgy,
chemical, coal, non-metallic mineral processing, environmental
protection and other industries. The high-efficiency thickener is
actually not a simple settling device, but a new type of dewatering
device that combines the filtering characteristics of the mud
layer. The high-efficiency thickener produced by our company is
suitable for the dehydration of concentrate and tailings in the
concentrator, increasing the 20-30% pulp to about 40-70%, and is
widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, coal, non-metallic
mineral processing, environmental protection, etc. industry.

3. Features of the concentrator
(1) Add flocculant to increase the particle size of settled solid
particles, thereby speeding up the settling speed;
(2) Install inclined plates to shorten the settlement distance of
ore particles and increase the settlement area;
(3) to play the role of flocculation, filtration, compression and
increase of treatment capacity of the thick phase layer of mud
deposition;
(4) Equipped with complete automatic control facilities.
