Product Description
The soft connection of copper foil is to use thick copper foil as
the raw material, press the laminated parts of the copper foil
together, and heat it by high current and high temperature of the
polymer diffusion welding machine to make it split, melt, and
pressure-weld. It has the characteristics of strong conductivity,
large current bearing, small resistance value, and durability.
The copper foil soft connection is composed of 0.10mm (standard
design) or 0.2, 0.3, 0.5, 1.0mm multi-layer copper foil according
to customer requirements, and the installation contact surface is
designed and produced by pressure welding.
Copper strip flexible connection can be used for transformer
installation, high and low voltage switching cabinets, vacuum
appliances, closed busbars, generators and busbars, rectifier
equipment, connection between rectifier cabinets and isolation
switches, and the connection between busbars. It can improve the
conductivity, adjust the installation error of the equipment, and
at the same time play the role of (shock absorption) work
compensation, which is convenient for testing and equipment
maintenance.

Product process
1. The process flow of copper strip soft connection: standard
material selection → mold making → blanking → cleaning and stacking
→ pickling → surface treatment → heat preservation → smelting →
sawing and burr cleaning → drilling → surface polishing →
conductive surface tin plating → shaping →Packaging →Storage
2. The melting and casting process of the copper-aluminum soft belt
transition joint: clean the well-proportioned materials according
to the requirements of the process standards and put them in the
holding furnace. When the temperature reaches about 600 °C, take
them out. After applying a special solvent, put them into the
prepared molds. Then, pour the molten metal (temperature around
1200°C) into the mold, and the high-speed solution melts into one
piece. After the casting is solidified, the mold can be removed and
taken out.
