Product Description
The nickel-copper composite tape uses the weldability of nickel and
the excellent electrical conductivity of copper to reduce the
internal resistance of the entire battery, which not only prolongs
the discharge time of the battery, improves the service life of the
battery, but also saves costs.
Features
(1) Excellent heat dissipation characteristics, significantly
reducing the internal resistance of the battery by more than 10%,
thereby greatly improving the safety of lithium batteries;
(2) The product has excellent electrical conductivity, and the
electrical conductivity is 57% IACS, which is 2.5 times that of
pure nickel;
(3) Excellent mechanical properties, which can be designed and
adjusted according to customer requirements;
(4) CN-2 is a double-layer composite; NCN-2 is a three-layer
composite, with copper in the middle and nickel on both sides;
(5) CN-2 has a certain anti-oxidation ability after surface
passivation; both sides of NCN-2 are nickel, which has strong
anti-corrosion ability.
