1J50 Soft Magnetic Alloy Sheet Iron Nickel Soft Magnetic Alloy
The main magnetic properties of 1J50 soft magnetic alloy:
(1) Low coercivity (Hc) and hysteresis loss (Wh);
(2) High resistivity (ρ), low eddy current loss (We);
(3) The initial permeability (μ0) and the maximum permeability
(Br/Bm) are relatively high. These alloys have constant magnetic
permeability (B/H) at low magnetic fields.
(4) High saturation magnetic induction coefficient (Bs);
(5) The hysteresis loops of some alloys are rectangular and higher
than the residual/maximum magnetic induction (Br/Bm).
The main application of 1J50 soft magnetic alloy:
1. In the power industry, alloys with high magnetic sensitivity and
low loss under high magnetic fields are mainly used.
2. In the electronics industry, alloys with high permeability and
low coercivity are mainly used for low or medium magnetic fields.
3. High-frequency thin strips or high-resistivity alloys should be
used.
